They have a really nice royalty free audio fx library that includes drum and percussion beats as well as a variety of samples including: accordion, bells, clarinet, cello, flute, brass, french horn, glockenspiel, harp, guitar, organ and piano. They have loops that are downloadable as wav files and the sound effects are all MP3s.

JewelBeat offers quite an astounding assortment of free background music as well. They have Hollywood style soundtrack instrumentals that could be used for scenes ranging from horror to sports.

JewelBeat is kind of a mystery since I can’t find any information about the composers, the company that owns it or what the actual details of the license are. Especially since the music is of incredibly high quality, I’m interested to see how the site unfolds.
