FriendlyMusic Licensing: More Royalty Free Music for YouTube

If you are creating videos for fun or as a partner on a video network like YouTube then you can choose from the incredible selection of music at FriendlyMusic.com.

Pros: Wide variety of professional songs in many genres. Great user-friendly interface, easy purchasing, music licensing and downloads. Very inexpensive cost per track.

Cons: Can’t be used if you are a professional who gets paid to create videos, or makes money on the videos in any other way than video network advertising revenue.

If you fall in love with a particular song and you are a commercial video/film producer then you can contact them for some type of royalty free commercial music licensing.

This could be a perfect solution for some people creating home videos. But I wonder how many folks, creating non-commercial videos, even want to pay $1.99?

Also, the site does not even mention use on Websites, slideshows, games, on hold music, etc. Seems like a great idea but I’m interested to see how the site does since its a very limited market.
